About Zyrka

Zyrka is a teacher, artist, and mother living a householder life with her husband and children in Santa Barbara. She has been a student and practioner of Yogic and Tantric philosophies for more than half of her life, studying directly with Uma Parvathinath Saraswati and Nita Rubio (Nalika Anandanath) she continues her Sadhana in the Shri Vidya Tradition.

She has taught yoga asana and meditation for 20 years. Now diving deeply into the sister science study of Jyotish (Vedic Astrology) these teachings are incorporated into her practices and instruction. In weaving these teachings together, there is a holistic approach to integrating these wisdoms into our daily life.

It is with reverence and deepest gratitude to all of her teachers and the lineages they hold, that she presents these offerings.
